A great home buying experiance in Oakland’s Upper Rockridge

Andrew, Maryam and I worked together for 8 months. These were smart, value orriented people that knew where they wanted to live. The fact that they wanted to live in the Rockridge District of Oakland (one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Oakland) and still get a good deal, made the process appear daunting. They didn’t compromise on their “needs” and remained persistant. We keept our eyes open for unusual opportunities and when one came along we negotiated hard. In the end Andrew and Maryam got a terrific value in Upper Rockridge.
