Tech in real estate

July 12th, 2010

Well I’m here at Agent Reboot in San Francisco. Technology in real estate. Interesting concept. I’ve been selling homes in Oakland Piedmont and Berkeley for close to 13 years and the single most important aspect of my business has been relationship development. It’s all about the facetime!  Without it no agents business will survive or grow. My objective with technology in real estate is to get the phone to ring. I need to show people that I don’t know a little about me, what I offer and where I work. After that I want to meet them. The art is to give prospects incentive to want to meet you. All I can say is that it’s important to be your authentic self. Doing anything other will show through and be unsuccessful in business relationship building.

Thank you once again for your perfect handling of the sale of our home. You were on target during every phase of the sale, and the results were far better than we had hoped.
