Brian Santilena is a Sr. Associate with Pacific Union International real estate.  He provides a full range of real estate services to the home buyers and home sellers of  Oakland, Piedmont and Berkeley California.  Brian entered the industry in 1998 with Prudential California Real Estate.  He was a production award winner for 7 of his 8 years as a sales associate at Prudential.  Brian rose to the level of Branch Manager of the 35 agent Prudential office in Piedmont California.  It was the sole office within the city limits of Piedmont CA.  Brian is married to Jill Carrigan-Santilena who is also a local real estate agent at a neighboring company: The Grubb Company Realtors.  He joined Pacific Union International Inc. in 2009 where he remains a high producing Sales Associate to this day. 

Prior to his real estate career Brian spent 10 years as a corporate construction manager and contractors license holder with ArchusStone LLC .  He was also one of the founding partners in AucusStone’s prior entity JPL International.  While in the construction business Brian specialized in the replication of 17th Century European stone and plaster facades.  He completed highend residential projects in: San Francisco, Contra Costa County, San Antonio TX, Carmel CA, Missoula MT and may more.  Commercial projects included trips to New York, Japan, Hawaii and training ventures to central France.  

Brian has also done residential construction development projects as a Sole Propriotor in Houston TX as well as remodel fix-and-flip projects in the Oakland East Bay Area.  He is a native of Oakland and grew up in both Oakland and the City of Alameda.  He currently lives with his wife in one of several “trophy” neighborhoods in the Oakland Hills, Upper Rockridge.
