Montclair is in the hills above Hwy 13 extending up to Skyline Blvd. and stretching from Broadway Terrace south to south of Shepherd Canyon.  Montclair has a neighborhood website www.montclairvillage.com .

Montclair has many different types of homes and typographies. Some are very steep hillside contemporaries while others are Level in Ranch styles on level lots. Views are plentiful in Montclair. Some are serene canyon outlooks while others are unobstructed 5 bridge Bay vistas. On a clear day you can see the Farallon Islands.

NEIGHBORHOOD FEATURES:

Montclair enjoys good schools and a wide choice of housing price points. It has a relatively high income demographic. There are new construction properties as well as some small 2 bedroom 90 year old brick cottages. Some of the streets are narrow, curvy and lined with large old growth trees, others are wide canyon avenues.
