Piedmont Pines District is located above Hwy 13 running on both sides of Ascot Drive (Ascot is just South of Montclair Village.) The area runs from the bottom of Ascot all the way to Skyline Drive.  Piedmont Pines has an active neighborhood website www.piedmontpines.org .

Mixture of smaller 2 bedroom to large single family homes. Prices vary from mid to upper end. Some homes in the upper areas have fantastic views of the San Francisco Bay, San Francisco the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges.

Features:

Piedmont Pines District offers some view homes on flat lots as well as hillside contemporary homes with wooded outlooks. Some sections are flooded with sun while some of the valleys remain shaded a majority of the time. The area feels wooded and away from it all but is just a few minutes form the Montclair Village shopping district.
